Annual Flexible Benefits Allowance
dunnhumby has a flexible benefits system that lets you tailor a package to your individual needs. You’ll be given an allowance to spend on your choice of benefits, including pension, private medical care, dental treatment, critical illness and life assurance. There is also an option to take a cash lump sum.
Travel and Parking Season Ticket Loan
Interest-free loan to help you spread the cost of travel to work with opportunities to use your season ticket for social travel as well.

In-house fitness and entertainment
We benefit from a free, fully appointed in-house gym where you can exercise by yourself or with a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals. Additionally, twice a week, our trainer leads a stretch class, giving everyone the opportunity to relax and focus mind and body.
A qualified masseuse visits weekly and can provide a range of services from intensive sports massage to relaxing aromatherapy.
Our award winning Softball and Ultimate Frisbee teams play frequent league games, and there are volleyball and football games throughout the year. There’s also a pool table and table football for a more leisurely workout!

The highlight of dunnhumby’s social calendar is the yearly Skills Development Course.
