Medical and Dental Plans
dunnhumby pays an 80% share on medical and dental plans for you, your spouse and your dependants.
The Humana POS plan has an extensive network, and gives you unlimited flexibility over which physician to use. No referrals are necessary so you can have health care when and where you need it.
The Delta Dental Plan helps cover the cost of diagnostic and preventive care, basic care, and major care.
Life insurance
dunnhumby pays for a range of insurance.
We cover you with life insurance, of 2 times your annual base pay (up to $400,000 benefit), accidental death and dismemberment insurance plus short term (26 weeks) and long term disability protection.
Vacation
dunnhumby actively fosters a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer all full time staff 25 paid vacation days in each year in addition to the 8 standard public holidays.
Flexible Spending Account
The company contributes up to $600/year towards a Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.
401K
The company matches $1 for $1 on up to 4% of your base pay (up to a maximum benefit of $8,000, and you’re vested immediately
Tuition Reimbursement
The company reimburses 80% of approved tuition expenses up to a maximum annual benefit of $4,000.
