dunnhumby welcomes its fourth cohort of graduates

From small beginnings come great things and as each of our previous graduate batches, who are living examples of this fine saying, celebrated the completion of another year at dunnhumby, we welcomed eighteen recent graduates from top Indian universities on their first day with dunnhumby.

The fourth graduate cohort started their corporate journey with a three-day induction program, allowing them to meet each other and familiarize themselves with life at dunnhumby. The program, consisting of a wide range of activities, focused on instilling the core dunnhumby values - passion, curiosity, collaboration & courage. In the words of a graduate: "the induction program was well-designed to take us through the transition of college-to-corporate and to bond together as a group".

A comprehensive six-week training program has been designed to prepare the graduates for the transition to corporate life and the dunnhumby culture. After this period, the graduates will take on live projects in different markets. With a world of opportunities ahead of them with dunnhumby, they can look forward to an experience full of learning, challenges, and achievements and, of course, fun!
