Training

dunnhumby has a range of programmes which underpins our learning approach by providing access to one of the most comprehensive ranges of e-learning available, Harvard Manage Mentor. There is also a range of security and safety modules available. One of our main methods of client engagement, “the shop” can also be learnt via e-learning. We have a full on-boarding process which provides access to a number of senior managers who deliver the context and comprehension to enable people to survive and thrive.

We also offer a range of training programmes which have been tailored especially for dunnhumby and they are designed to achieve specific objectives, e.g. to enable client facing people to reach new levels of client engagement. Access to these programmes is via management nomination. Internal expert’s compliment these externally run programmes by providing seminars and classes in the latest analytic techniques. Suites of programmes and available resources are grouped under the dunnhumby capabilities which provide easy access to understanding what training is available.
