By taking part in our 401(k) Plan you can save money for retirement tax-free. For every dollar you contribute up to 6% of your pay, we will match your contribution. Those who are 21 years or older are eligible to enrol in the 401(k) Plan and are 100% vested as of day one.
Paid Time Off
We provide every full-time regular employee with vacation, sick and holiday time each year:
- 25 days vacation each year (earned at a rate of 2.08 days per calendar month)
- seven (7) paid sick days
- eight (8) paid holidays
We will reimburse a maximum of $3,000 for adoption and provide up to two (2) weeks paid time off for the primary caregiver. Employees are eligible for one (1) adoption each calendar year to a maximum of two (2) adoptions during career.
Domestic Partner Coverage

We will reimburse eligible employees 80% of the tuition costs up to a maximum benefit of $8,500 per calendar year with a career maximum of $25,000.

We provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Magellan.

Events and Sports
