What are the most effective means of long-term customer loyalty?
The Customer Centricity Index® (CCI) from dunnhumby measures the perception of customers as to how well companies in the food retail trade meet their special needs and needs.
The study is based on 3,000 customer surveys and evaluates 30 leading companies in food retailing, with 60 characteristics associated with customer centricity. The questions asked concern all factors which may influence the customer's opinion, Such as the shopping experience, the price perception, the attractiveness of the offers as well as the quality of the customer service. On the basis of these factors, dunnhumby has developed seven pillars of customer centrality, which are decisive for the long-term promotion of customer loyalty.
