dunnhumby appoints ANZ Managing Director and expands into the region


Global leader in customer data science caps off 25% annual growth in client acquisition globally with Australia and New Zealand expansion

Sydney, Australia, November 20, 2018 – World-leading customer data science company dunnhumby is accelerating its rapid success and international expansion, announcing the opening of an Australia and New Zealand presence.

Following a 25 per cent growth in client acquisition over the past 12 months, dunnhumby has appointed an ANZ-focused team for the first time. dunnhumby has more than 30 years’ experience in customer data science, with presence in 27 countries, analysing insights from more than 800 million shoppers globally and delivering almost 5 billion personalised shopping offers. It uses customer data science to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store, offline, and online.

dunnhumby has arrived in ANZ in response to global demand for presence in the market, with forecasts so far suggesting growth in the region will be ahead of original plans.

The company intends to grow ANZ as a market to be one of their top 5 markets globally over the next 3-5 years. Global customers for dunnhumby include Tesco, Coca-Cola, P&G, L’Oréal and McDonalds.

dunnhumby appoints Kylie Gleeson-Long as Managing Director, ANZ

dunnhumby’s expansion is being spearheaded with the appointment of Kylie Gleeson as Managing Director for ANZ. Gleeson-Long will lead dunnhumby’s expansion in ANZ, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in technology and sales leadership. She has previously worked at Freisland Campina as its Global Commercial Director, as well as Kantar Retail and Nestlé Australia.

  • Now servicing more than 100 customer package goods clients, processing more than 1 billion rows of data every week
