London, UK, 20 March 2026 – dunnhumby has today announced the appointment of Natasha Adams and Jane Mustoe to its Board of Directors. They join Julie Woods-Moss in providing strategic oversight and guidance as the company advances its vision to be the intelligence layer connecting retailers, brands, and consumers.

Natasha and Jane bring exceptional expertise in retail operations, technology innovation, and organisational transformation - capabilities that will be instrumental as dunnhumby leads the way in helping retailers and brands to navigate the profound industry transformation driven by AI.

Natasha Adams

Natasha has more than 27 years of retail experience and currently serves as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Tesco, where she leads the Group’s long-term strategic agenda and innovation pipeline. Her career spans senior leadership roles including Chief People Officer and CEO of Tesco Ireland, and she also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Berkeley Group. Natasha’s deep knowledge of customer-centric innovation, supply chain resilience, and digital transformation will be invaluable as dunnhumby accelerates its growth and impact.

Jane Mustoe

Jane is a highly experienced technology and transformation leader with over 25 years in financial services and retail, including senior roles at RBS and Barclays, where she was the Chief Information Officer and Transformation MD for Barclays’ HR teams. Currently serving as Senior Technology Director at Tesco, she oversees technology strategy and delivery across Commercial Product, Supply Chain & Fulfilment, and leads Tesco’s Technology Innovation Labs, driving pioneering digital solutions to shape the future of retail. Her expertise in operating model design, change management, and technology-enabled business transformation will strengthen dunnhumby’s focus on innovation and value creation.
