We’ve created talent scout to do all the heavy lifting for you, or you need to do is recommend that talented friend, colleague and/or family member. Gandharv Kapoor, Big Data Engineering Manager (India), explains how it felt to refer a friend
If you have a friend, ex-colleague or someone you have collaborated in the past and feel that they've the right skills and breathe the same dh values then talent scout is the right platform to initiate their journey into dunnhumby.
Recently one of my friends approached me that his younger brother was not getting the right opportunities in his current organisation to learn and grow. Since I had mentored his younger brother in the past, it gave me confidence to recommend his name in the Talent Scout referral programme.
I'm so glad that I took this decision as once I initiated the process, the interview process started within a couple of days, and I was able to track all the interview stages. Everything about the referral felt great, from interacting with dunnhumby's hiring team, to him actually being evaluated for the right kind of opportunities for the first time in his career.
I am so happy that I was able to help my referral get a much awaited break in his career.

Kartik Chhabra, Big Data Engineer (India), shares how it felt to be on the other side
On completing three years with my first organisation, I decided to switch and created a list of companies that excelled in their work related to data and data engineering. One of them being dunnhumby.
I consulted my elder brother who informed me that his friend Gandharv Kapoor works for dunnhumby. Gandharv briefed me about dunnhumby's purpose, its science and values. This knowledge made me more determined to crack the selection process.
After getting referred by him, my interview got scheduled. It has been a great experience at dunnhumby so far. I'm grateful I got a chance to work here.
