Analysis

Are you naturally curious about how things work and how you can make them better? Do you get excited about analysing data to discover insights that could prove hypotheses and change the way people think? Do friends think you're a bit of a stats geek? If so, our analysis opportunities may be just what you're looking for.

The goal of all of our analyses is to uncover actionable insights that result in better customer experiences and sustained growth for partners. In other words, we aim to understand what customers want so we can give it to them. Using the right balance of behavioural research and contextual data, our analysts’ work informs strategy and achieves measureable results in a number of areas, including pricing, promotions, assortment and innovation, local marketing, format, service, and loyalty. Our analysts are sometimes client-facing and share in the development of strategy and delivery of their work to the client. Many work directly with our retail partners to better understand their business through a customer lens to drive better and faster decisions.

Which disciplines are included in our Analysis opportunities?

Analysis

We create actionable insight from our clients' customer data and/or third-party data. This enables our clients to develop customer-led strategies that drive value for their shoppers and deliver profitable growth.

Data Science

We create tangible, beneficial, and operational insights for our clients through the identification of meaningful patterns in clients' data, using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques.

Research

We develop, deliver, and support the end-to-end process and solutions that integrate behavioural and attitudinal analytics and insights.
