How to Raise a Dispute
If you have a dispute or concern relating to your engagement with dunnhumby, please contact us at:

Please include the following details in your email:
- Your company name
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant facts, dates, and supporting documents
- Reference to any contractual terms, commercial agreements, or regulatory codes (e.g., GSCOP), if applicable
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your dispute within 3 working days.
- Review: Our Compliance Department will review the information and engage with relevant internal teams.
- Preliminary Response: You will receive an initial update within 10 working days.
- Resolution Goal: We aim to resolve disputes within 30 working days where possible. If more time is required, we will keep you informed.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request that the matter be escalated to dunnhumby’s Chief Legal Officer (CLO) for further review.
For disputes specifically relating to the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP) and involving Tesco, the issue may also be referred to the Code Compliance Officer (CCO) at Tesco Group, if appropriate. You also have the right to contact the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) at any time regarding GSCOP-related concerns.

All disputes are handled with strict confidentiality. Information will only be shared internally on a need-to-know basis and externally where required
by law or regulation.
