Nick is responsible for managing dunnhumby’s relationship with Tesco across Retail Services, Media and Insight. Within this role Nick and his team are supporting the delivery of Tesco’s evolved customer value proposition bringing market leading results for Tesco in the UK in recent periods, the ongoing evolution of digital capability including Tesco.com as well as the transformation of Tesco’s customer propositions to further step change engagement with suppliers, brands, and Agencies with the associated new revenue streams.
Nick joined dunnhumby in 2022, having previously spent 5 years at Tesco as Head of Media and Customer Planning. During his time at the market-leading grocery retailer, Nick was a key part of the team that relaunched Tesco’s supplier customer proposition to the market in November 2021 and was also responsible for Tesco’s Group advertising budget.
Prior to Tesco, Nick spent several years at WPP, encompassing roles such as Chief Client Officer and Head of Planning at Mindshare working with an array of food and non-food businesses Nestle, Nike, ITV, Heineken, Argos, Facebook and Dyson.
