Caroline joined dunnhumby in 2010 to lead the Manufacturer Practice business in Malaysia. Subsequently, she spent six months in the United Kingdom to understand the wider Tesco and dunnhumby business. Prior to joining dunnhumby, she has over 13 years’ experience in retail and consumer and shopper insight working with Nielsen and Kantar Worldpanel. Her prior roles include working with manufacturers and retailers in brand and channel strategy covering markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. Caroline now leads the dunnhumby business in Malaysia to help Tesco and its suppliers build customer loyalty via a personalised shopping experience.
